Workplace Modules

Workplace modules are great way to give focus to a key element that across your team or organisation you may have different requirements, for example some participants may simply need a refresh and some new insights yet other may require some recovery or reengagement coaching.

Our workplace modules are designed to meet you where you are at right now with both evolutionary and preventive objectives in mind. They are backed by certifications and use proven processes and strategies to support organisation who have worked previously with us.

With nine modules available we can build you a road map to help you select the modules that are most relevant and valuable for you right now. 

Modules are delivered as a group program with up to 15 participants present over the duration of 2 – 5 hours dependant on the module selected. 

Key program objectives are established by the organisation and team prior to program commencement enabling us to deliver a customised outcome and ensure you get the most from you coaching investment.

At times during our workplace modules we recognise key participant that may be in need of coaching at a deeper level or require support in relation to a topic or outcome that is more sensitive in nature, if this is the case we will make a recommend that an investment is made for one to one coaching.  

Delivery

Delivery is online or in person and is dependant on the facilities within the organisation  

Duration

Our sessions are two hours in duration yet may vary dependant on the module selected  

Session

Sessions are interactive and delivered in time blocks similar to a workshopping model  

Particpants

To get the most from your investment we work with small groups of 10 -15 participants
